Dato’ Ir. Muhamad Nazri bin Pazil is the Managing Director of TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (TNB Genco). He is committed to drive TNB Genco to be the best clean energy provider in South East Asia bringing with him more than 30 years of energy, utility and manufacturing experiences.

TNB Genco is the largest power producer in Malaysia and owns 51.1% of Malaysia’s installed capacity and operates 19.4GW globally. TNB Genco is also involved in providing maintenance, repair and overhaul, technical advisory and port & terminal services.
He was the Project Director to commission one of the world’s largest and most efficient gas turbines in Pasir Gudang, Johor and was part of the team to form and develop TNB Janamanjung – Malaysia’s first Independent Power Producer (IPP), as well as taking over to operation for Saudi Arabia’s first Independent Water and Power Producer (IWPP).
During his stint at Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd., he was part of the leadership team to improve GTD, System Operation to improve SAIDI below 180mins. His experience abroad includes operation and maintenance in Saudi as well as Pakistan.
Dato’ Nor Azman bin Mufti is the Managing Director, TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd. Prior to the current appointment, he was the Vice President of Energy Ventures. He has served more than 35 years, holding various Generation portfolios in TNB namely, Managing Director of Remaco and Vice President of Energy Ventures.
He is responsible to lead and drive Genco towards new growth, increased efficiencies, business synergies and greater business development.

Dato’ Ir. Roslan Abd Rahman graduated with Electrical Engineering Degree from Syracuse University, New York, U.S.A. and subsequently gained a master’s degree in Business Administration from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia.
He started his career as an engineer with Lembaga Letrik Negara (LLN) in 1985 at Perai Power Station. From then on, his career progressed through various roles and responsibilities within the power station fleet owned by TNB. In 2014 he was appointed as Senior General Manager (Asset Operation), Generation Division and his major roles, among others were leading the overall operations and maintenance of all the power plant assets in TNB. He was then appointed as Chief Generation Officer TNB in 2018 and later with the formation of TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd (TPGSB) in 2020, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer.
As the Chief Operating Officer of the new subsidiary, he is responsible for the performances of all TPGSB power plants and subsidiaries, among other things, it covers the availability, reliability, efficiencies,and overall financial return of the assets. He also sits on the board of various TNB subsidiaries, IPPs and JV companies through his role as Director or Chairman. He is a member of Board of Engineers, Malaysia and the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and holds a Competent Electrical Engineer certificate from the Energy Commission since 1999.
