With a proven track record spanning over 30 years, he is a visionary leader adept at transforming organizations across operations, strategy, and customer services.
As the former Chief Operating Officer, he propelled TNB’s business growth and steered its energy transition agenda towards net-zero emissions, in line with Malaysia’s carbon neutrality goal by 2050. Additionally, he previously served as the Chief Strategy and Ventures Officer and Chief Retail Officer. He also holds the position of an adjunct professor at the College of Engineering, UNITEN.
Nazmi bin Othman holds the post of Chief Financial Officer/Vice President, Group Finance in Tenaga Nasional. Some of his tasks include monitoring financial related activities to advise the CEO and Tenaga Board of Directors on key financial decisions.
He leads Group Finance as an active strategic financial partner in driving Tenaga’s business aspirations and achieving Group’s objectives. Besides this, he also ensures continuous improvement and review on key financial areas such as finance policies & procedures, system efficiency & processes, strategic financial risks, and staff competency.
Dato’ Ir. Muhamad Nazri bin Pazil is the Managing Director of TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (TNB Genco). He is committed to drive TNB Genco to be the best clean energy provider in South East Asia bringing with him more than 30 years of energy, utility and manufacturing experiences.
By faithfully adhering to its tagline Growth. Green. Global, TNB Genco strives to increase its earnings, shareholders value and drive “Brown to Green” initiative. TNB Genco is the largest power producer in Malaysia and owns 51.1% of Malaysia’s installed capacity and operates 19.4GW globally. TNB Genco is also involved in providing maintenance, repair and overhaul, technical advisory and port & terminal services.
He was the Project Director to commission one of the world’s largest and most efficient gas turbines in Pasir Gudang, Johor and was part of the team to form and develop TNB Janamanjung – Malaysia’s first Independent Power Producer (IPP), as well as taking over to operation for Saudi Arabia’s first Independent Water and Power Producer (IWPP).
During his stint at Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd., he was part of the leadership team to improve GTD, System Operation to improve SAIDI below 180mins. His experience abroad includes operation and maintenance in Saudi as well as Pakistan.
YBhg. Dato’ Zaiviji Ismail (ZI) was appointed as Director to TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (TNB Genco) Board effective October 16, 2020 and is currently the Chairman of the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee. He has extensive local and international board and operational experiences in setting up strategies and policies for Companies, developing leadership and meeting shareholders and stakeholders’ commitments.
ZI is also the Chairman of Cement Industries of Malaysia Berhad (“CIMA”) and the Chairman of Uniquest Ventures Pte Ltd, a JV between UEMG and IDFC, in India.
ZI retired from Shell on 1st July 2011 after having served Shell for over 22 years. His last position was Chairman of Shell Companies in Pakistan.
ZI holds an MBA from Cranfield University (Cranfield Institute of Technology), England and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Abdul Rahim was appointed as Director of TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (TNB Genco) with effect October 1, 2020. He holds Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and started his career in Shell Group of Companies and served for 13 years in Oil & Gas facility designs, construction, maintenance and project management, locally and overseas. He later took up the leadership role in the largest local shipyard, Malaysia Shipyard & Engineering Sdn Bhd. (now known as MMHE Bhd) in Pasir Gudang, that expanded into oilrigs and floating oil production facilities, on top of its engineering and shipbuilding & shiprepairing businesses.
Abdul Rahim was last based in Singapore and retired from his formal career, as the Global Director AET Shipmanagement Pte Ltd, which operated more than 80 large petroleum ships and shuttle tankers worldwide, with key operations in Brazil, Gulf of Mexico, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
He has more than 37 years’ experience in top and senior management positions to multinational companies with postings in Singapore, UAE, Egypt, Netherlands and Malaysia. He had previously been a Member of the Boards in those various companies, Member of the Board of ALAM (Malaysian Maritime Academy) and served as Committee Member Asia Region for American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Lloyd’s Register of Shipping (LR), and Det Norske Veritas (DNV, Norway).
Habib bin Husin was appointed as Director to TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (TNB Genco) Board effective February 14, 2023.
He is currently attached to ACWA Power, a Saudi based company as Executive Director of Portfolio Management for Gulf Region and was seconded to an ACWA -Mitsui IWPP consortium based in Bahrain as the CEO of the newly formed IWPP since Oct, 2022.
Habib previously served Malakoff Corporation Berhad where he held various positions in the Company from August 1998 to September 2010 before serving the company as a Chief Operating Officer until January 31, 2020. He was also on the board of Malakoff subsidiaries and associates in the MENA region and Australia.

He previously served as a Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Malaysia with over 26 years of experience in providing audit and business advisory services to clients both in Malaysia and United Kingdom including audit of several large government-linked corporations, multinational corporations and listed companies. Azizan also led several financial due diligences, forensic audits and internal audits as well as advisory and review engagements, providing advisory and consulting services to government and private corporations.
He was a Member of ACCA Malaysia Advisory Committee and Member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB)’s Working Group on improvement projects. Azizan is the former Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of SilTerra Sdn Bhd, a strategic investment of Dagang NexChange Berhad and CGP Fund (China). Currently, Azizan is an independent non – executive director of Petroliam Nasional Berhad and IIUM Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Lynette Yeow Su-Yin was appointed as an independent non-executive Director to TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (TNB Genco) Board effective October 10, 2023.
She has been in practice at Malaysian law firms since January 1995 and is well known for her expertise in corporate work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation and funds (private equity, venture capital & REITs). She has worked on a number of Firsts and Landmark transactions, large and complex M&A deals as well as innovative structures for the Malaysian capital market. She is currently a consultant at Sanjay Mohan, Advocates & Solicitors.
Lynette also currently serves as an independent non-executive director of Malaysia Building Society Berhad and CTOS Digital Berhad.
Lynette was previously an independent non-executive director of MBSB Bank Berhad and an independent Board member of The Securities Commission Malaysia.
With her passion to conserve the environment, she also is a Trustee of The Datai Pledge, the environmental protection and sustainability initiative of The Datai, Langkawi.

Currently he is the Head of Corporate Strategy & Investment and Acting Chief Strategy & Ventures Officer for Strategy & Ventures Division, TNB and responsible for the overall corporate strategy of TNB towards addressing business challenges, sustainability development, energy transition and opportunities for growth.
Dr. Fadzil has also involved in coming out with TNB Sustainability Pathway 2050, TNB Energy Transition Plan and subsequently Reimagining TNB RT2.0.
