Datuk Ir. Megat Jalaluddin bin Megat Hassan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tenaga Nasional, driving the company with a mission to brighten lives through innovative and sustainable energy solutions. With a proven track record spanning over 30 years, he is a visionary leader adept at transforming organizations across operations, strategy, and customer services.

As the former Chief Operating Officer, he propelled TNB’s business growth and steered its energy transition agenda towards net-zero emissions, in line with Malaysia’s carbon neutrality goal by 2050. Additionally, he previously served as the Chief Strategy and Ventures Officer and Chief Retail Officer. He also holds the position of an adjunct professor at the College of Engineering, UNITEN.
